Hi there! Thanks for visiting our website. I founded this company because I'm passionate about recruiting, and helping companies succeed and grow their businesses with outstanding, high quality candidates. And, I love to help people find their ideal dream jobs, so it's a win-win all around.

To tell you more about my background, I started my career journey with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, where I worked as a therapist and psychological test examiner. I loved working with people, but found the work a bit too emotionally draining for my compassionate nature.

So, I took my skills and moved into recruiting. I found a passion for talent acquisition, sourcing and hunting for candidates who didn't apply directly to a job, interview skills coaching, employment contracts and offers, personality and cognitive assessments, workflow organization and employment optimization, just to name a few.

After years of working as a Senior Recruiter and Team Lead for a top tech company, I launched Elite Recruiting to take my career and life's work to the next level, and own the entire process from beginning to end.
